Fog Vials and Dark Mist Offerings

With the introduction to the new Fog Vials what are they going to do with the Reagent Offerings? Should they rework them or just retire them?

    I want the them to buff the reagent offerings, make them stack and to look more like the fog from the fog vile, but be a lot weaker than they are.
