SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I don't know if its a bug or not but cannot obtain these badges and banner during the anniversary event it says "unlock by completing event quest" and there are no event quest to complete now, also these badges and banner doesn't show up in the masquerade event quest like how many quests needs to be completed to earn these, so is it a bug or am i just missing somthing i may not know?

not a bug. they will be given as rewards for completing “Twisted Masquerade Quests Part 5” that will release on July 17.
