SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Springtrap throws the axe 90 degrees from where he is looking.

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Loaded in, got chased, Springtrap not looking at me but threw axe at me.
