Killers getting a speed boost when out of combat? Yay or nay?
It’d help slow killers with applying pressure, and it wouldn’t be a massive boost in speed but maybe 118-120% for all killers, as soon as a survivor is on sight they lose the speed.

It should work like bloodlust. For every 15seconds we do not find a survivor, we get a stacking speed boost at 15% per stack. At 1 minute (that's almost 4 gens on a gen rush!), we get +60%, which is usable during a chase.

I'd say they lose it once they enter chase. That'd allow for more surprise hits and might keep overall chase times down a bit without being op.

You don’t need to be a high mobility killer to apply pressure.
When I play killer(purple ranks) I play hillbilly and leatherface, I 4K more with leatherface than hillbilly.
IMO the only killers that need touched are Freddy, legion and plague.

Imagine actually believing the nonsense you type when Freddy is still considered the worst killer in the game followed by Bubba. Someone playing legion can just roll their face across the keyboard after applying deep wounds.
Yet they can still average more kills than those other killers just by using some op addons or exploiting. Yep definitely the worst killer in the game, but wait that's supposedly The Plague now.
When you want to come back to reality the forums will still be here and Freddy will probably still be the worst killer.

Remember how Legion can cheese the chase mechanic to make you bleed out mid-chase?
Imagine all killers cheesing the chase mechanic to be far faster than normal.

I like your idea. I was thinking something like this as well. I feel like there needs to be a way for killers, especially the slower ones, to travel across the map quicker.
I was thinking something like having two hatches that spawn on each end of the map that only the killer can use to hop in and climb out the other & vice versa. There could be a cooldown on this as well.

Well, it would make sense for killers to be agitated not finding their target, but with perks of Barbecue and Chili (I still hate this perk as a survivor >:( ), Nurse and Hilly-Billy could just travel the far distances with INCREASED SPEED. What a nightmare that would be.

On the same page as Legion moonwalk and PWYF moonwalk, this could be abused to get close to a Survivor without losing the speed boost.
That being said, I think the devs need to rework chase conditions before this becomes a thing, but it’s definitely a solid idea. I fully support this as a change, but before it can become a thing, chase conditions need to be changed to prevent abuse.

This has too much potential to not work as intended.
I'd prefer to give each killer an individual buff, concerning their special ability.

True, My best killer is the Hag(Red Rank) and everyone knows how slow she is, but when she’s got traps spread out on the map it’s like reverse whack-a-mole. I tend to get 4ks quicker with her than I do with the Nurse.

Movement speed is amongthe most gamebreaking variables in the game.

Maybe it could be a speed boost based on the number of gens left. Like for each completed gen the killer gets a 1% speed increase. That way the killer gets slowly more powerful and is at their peak of power at the end game.

Freddy is pretty decent when played right which I've said before, the same is true for every other killer. But against rank 1 top players he's the worst killer in the game.

May'be if you actually had an valid argument you wouldn't be so bad at grasping basic balance logic. An out of combat movement speed boost would be op and would simply cause killers to get a mega nerf bat.
Oh and isn't it all you whiny killer mains always complaining about looping spots to the point they get nerfed because you're so bad at pathing loops? That'd be a yes by the way so that just shoots your whole argument full of more holes than Swiss cheese.

legion is definitely worse, id put plague under him too since she cannot apply as much pressure while suffering just as much in a chase

Plagues still new so growing pains similar to Spirit before she got the slight buff most of us suggested.
The reason I say legion is stronger than say Freddy is because of the exploiting of both types right now. That along with any of the addons and he's completely broken which is why I'm defending him as not trash.
Take out his problems and he's probably mid tier except in a skilled players hands, but until they fix both exploits and the items he's upper tiers.
Oh and I'd rather face a 3+ blink Nurse than face a skilled Freddy player.
