So my game crashed not super fun to happen since DC penalty but I shrugged it off and said "it most likely will be a five minute thing I can wait." GUESS NOT I'm waiting 15 minutes?! I thought the DC penalty decreases over time as long as you don't do DC.

It decreases after 20 matches now. So if you get kicked again within your next 20 matches, it will be higher again.

When was this? Listen I took a pretty long break from dbd so even then five minutes seemed off.

It was the changed in the recent update, alongside the anti-go next and AFK changes

It decrease ever 10 minutes or so. Thats about the average match time, right?
