Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Anyone have some fun Legion builds?

Usually I just toss some common or uncommon addons on Legion and try to make it work, but last night decided to change things up since the event was giving me plenty of BPs to buy tons of any addon. Changed up my perks as well and felt like an absolute power house...on Legion. Anyone else have a neat setup you'd recommend? I'd like to have another Config ready for once the addons start running low.

I like Enduring on them. I like fishing for healthy downs at pallets

Here are some silly meme builds I know of:

Enduring, Spirit Fury, Dissolution and Julie's Mixtape with the Iri Button is a fun pallet shredder build. Especially good on The Game (though obviously you can't guarantee that map with the offering anymore).

The fourth perk is your choice, but I always like to run Surge on Killers that get M1 downs because gens go kaboom.

Edit: Thwack! would go really well with this build too. I just totally forgot about it because I don't have Skull Merchant unlocked.

Tatariu's thief build looks like a fun troll build to run if you get a Survivor lobby where everyone brings an item. Not tried this one myself (don't have weave, but Human Greed is probably a good alternative and I do have that perk). Using it against a beamer/sabo squad for maximum effect would no doubt be pretty funny.

I also enjoy running perks that expand Legion's terror radius (Distressing and Agitation). I call this the mobile disco build, because Survivors can hear your terror radius pretty much map wide all the time. It can also give you a pseudo undetectable effect, because Survivors get so used to being within your terror radius, they can't always tell when you are near (especially on an indoor map). Use line of sight blockers to sneak up on Survivors. Combo it with Infectious Fright and Susie's Mixtape (plus maybe a duration add-on), you can get some really good info with this build as well.

Sometimes I'll just combo my favourite mixtapes with this build, too. Joey's mixtape is a terrible add-on but it sounds so good with everything else.

Enduring is must have imo, I just love diving under pallet for instadown, when I end on same side…

Lately I have been playing Phantom Fear and it's quite good on Legion, because as soon you find 1 survivor, you can find anyone else and that's what this perk does. It basically does what UW did for majority of killers.

I always play 2 chase perks, where it's always enduring and then either Brutal, Spirit fury, Bamboozle, or Dissolution.

For slowdown, I like Surge and then sometimes Ruin, Corrupt, or Pain res.

My current build is Enduring, Bamboozle, Surge and Phantom Fear.

    Addons: Mural sketch, never-sleeping pills

Perks: Brutal, Unbound, surge (could change is for batteries), thanatophobia

I find a lot of success with that build!

It's basically free down with 5 frezny hits, if surviviors don't play for blocks

I would say Surge is good, since you will mainly down with M1, and Coup is good, since you conserve tokens by using your power.

Maybe also Hubris, since people like to stun you out of power.

seems we are on a similar wavelength. never gave Phantom Fear a consideration though, now that's a good idea.

if you ever need help with Dead Hard, Genetic Limits is decent on Legion

The other day I went against a Legion with Thana, Nurse's, Sloppy, (idk their fourth perk), and that pin add-on that makes you broken when you self-mend. I think that might be a more common Legion build, but for this match, even before the go-next prevention, I had never seen an entire team give up so fast.

While not a full build I like discordance + play with your food. You only need one stack at a time to help get downs so if you run into the obsession you can use your power to put them into deep wound and find someone else already injured to get an easy down. Alternatively if everyone is already injured farming a few stacks and using discordance to find people is a very good idea.

This is usually best paired with addons which help find people or chain long range hits together (PWYF helps with that) such as duration or detection range and as for other perks I'd often use options like surge, ruin or thanna for slowdown. You could also use blood echo + broken addon to really make it hard to beat once you get people injured.

sloppy is not a good perk on legion as a heads up. People are already not inclined to heal and you only tend to M1 for downs rather than injures so it only really affects people coming off hooks, at which point leverage or gift of pain are better. If you want to stop people from healing as legion as you mentioned broken addon is very good for that but just being legion is often incentive enough unless you have thana as you suggested.

I call that the rage bait build. it's perfect for making "self care in corner " types crash out but the Resilience gamers put it through the wash. As Sun Tzu said, if your enemy is about to make a mistake....let them! Legion pin removes any chance to make a mistake

my friends are self care enjoyers so we get wrecked by this at least lol

OK, so I came up with another build that I like to call the "Anything you can do (I can do better)" build. It leans heavily into their theme of sharing survivor like abilities. The idea behind it is to one-up the Survivors by countering all the things they can do, interact with or bring to a trial to frustrate your efforts. The build is:

Human Greed - To kick any opened chests shut and get aura reads.

Hex: Two Can Play - To blind Survivors.

Shattered Hope - To destroy boons (could combo this with Pentimento).

Trail of Torment (or Unforeseen) - To get rid of your red stain / terror radius. Buffed Insidious (from the upcoming patch) could be pretty good for this as well.

    Add-on suggestions:

Stolen Sketch Book - To "steal" Survivor items.

Scratched Ruler - To get your power back quicker. Just a really good add-on in any build.

Etched Ruler - For some additional sneakiness.

BFFs - This is essentially the Survivor perk Hope but for The Legion. Goes well paired with the Stolen Sketch Book, since you'll probably Frenzy the same Survivor twice to make them drop their item and you can gain BFF stacks at the same time.

Choose a cosmetic that makes you resemble a Survivor the most (e.g. Susie's Fairview hoodie or Julie's Bush Party outfit).

To be clear, I think this build is objectively bad. So you've really got to be committed to meme or you probably won't have much fun with it. I doubt you'll be winning many trials with this build but it might be fun to try out when you don't feel like sweating.
