dissolution sometimes does not break the pallets even before 20 seconds

edit: It's probably because of Hex Fortune's Fool, but it also happened to me with Wesker

  Dissolution requires Survivors to be in your Terror Radius to work. If they are either Oblivious, or you are Undetectable, the perk won't work.
