Cannot perform any actions once loaded into game.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Every time I load into a game, I am unable perform any actions using the buttons on my controller. I cannot vault, throw pallets, get into lockers, or use items, etc.
PLATFORM: PS5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
1. Load into game.
2. Proceed to not be able to do anything but run around.

I even tried switching controllers and that did not work either. As of right now, I am completely unable to play the game.
