What even is the point of the PTB and feedback if literally all of it is ignored?
Someone from behavior needs to explain how the Clown and Franklin's changes amongst others made it into live despite literal mountains of negative feedback. Does behavior even care what players actually think???? What is the justification for these changes despite a literal 1000 page explanation of why the changes are bad? Absolutely ridiculous.

And a bug with smoke clouds stopping you from being able to start a chase that has been a know bug for the last 4 times they were in the game. Still not fixed.

PTB is kind of an advertisement.
Feedback is rarely used. Only the really heavy hitters getting changed to live.
If live the complaints continue there are usually adjustments in the next patches.
… but as we know, some things never gonna get reversed even everybody hates them :-( (…new UI is still worse than it was before - and i still miss my Previous and Next buttons)

PTB is for very very major bugs most of the time since the gap between, verifying bugs, figuring out their cause, and making sure they didn't break something else is very short on top of dealing with getting patches approved by microsoft/sony. Considering some perks randomly got reverted like desperate measures to its previous values I feel like there was some issue with which build they were working on or pushed. The amount of bugs just in the bug reporting section is absolutely absurd so they have to had made a pretty big oopsie somewhere.

PTB is mainly for the Hype. It is to show new Content and make players play it. When it comes to Feedback from PTBs, if there is some absolutely glaring issue (e.g. the Twins Rework from some time ago), it will be adressed, but usually most of the things hit Live unchanged and if there are any changes, they are minor.
The PTB also gives some time to fix things for the Hotfixes. Because usally the Devs have only a few days to fix things once the PTB started, because they need to deploy the Update on all Platforms, which takes a bit over 2 weeks. So you can calculate yourself that the time for changes is limited, when Updates release 3 weeks after a PTB.
And IMO it makes more sense to make changes on the Live Servers instead of changes from PTB to Live. Because lets be real, if the Devs would make a lot of changes based on PTB-Feedback, they would roll back every Update since people cry way too much about changes (on both sides). Letting things hit the Live Servers and see from there how they are perceived with more time (most players are probably playing the PTB for one day) and especially more players (AND including Consoles) is the way smarter choice.

PTB is to catch majorbugs so the development on their fix can start. hopefully fix them before release.

I disagree. Clown got a lot of changes from PTB, mainly to his hindred bottles, antidote and add ons. So in the end instead of nerf it's actually a decent buff. The only add on here is the 16m→6m wallhack add on, which is good change imo.
Franklin's not changed at all is surprising to me though. They even stated they are aware of the feedback. Might be step between some future changes, why they are removing the get rid of items playstyle, who knows.
Knight got reverted
Pyramid got tweaked
Built to last got tweaked
Vials got tweaked
iri add on got tweaked
So 7/8 changes to feeback is defienetly not something I'd call ignoring feedback.

PTB just feels like a way to promote the new content rather than actually be productive
