SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

PLATFORM: PlayStation 4

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was just getting off the Hook, I faced a Freddy and the black screen persisted throughout the match, to the end of the match screen, and then in the lobby and menu screen. You could only see Hud.
