All players should be able to abandon after 2 DC's
Bots aren't fun to play with or against, and any halfway decent survivor is leagues better than a bot. So most games with 2 of them turn into an easy win for killer. As a survivor I don't want to play out what will likely be a losing match. And as a killer I don't want to play out a match where my skills don't matter

Just make it after one dc then at that point. Bots are extremely detrimental to the match success rate

Yeah, but at that point they might as well not have bots. Which I personally wouldn't be opposed to, but I can recognize that it'd be unrealistic to expect them to be removed entirely.

The bots are there so the killer can at least play a normal match

I'd argue that a bot match isn't a normal match, bots don't play like real people. The closest you can get to a real match with bots involved is one where there are 3 real survivors. Otherwise you might as well have just booted up a custom match.
