Clown invigoration addons bugged

PC Steam, no clue what platform the killer was on

The invigoration addons should increase the haste to everyone in the cloud, but only applies that to clown

Result: Clown gains 17% haste with both haste addons while survivors get 12% haste.

    Personally, I think this requires kill switching at least one of the addons, its pretty gamebreaking
