“Fog Vial” Incorrectly Held by Survivor
Issue Description:
When joining a lobby with the Fog Vial already selected in your loadout, certain survivors (e.g., Mikaela Reid) may display incorrect item-handling animations. Instead of the vial hanging naturally by its string, it appears to float, clip into the survivor’s hand, or behave stiffly, as if disconnected from any gravity or string.
In the case of Sable Ward, this issue occurs at all times, even without rejoining a lobby or changing items.

Expected Behavior:
The Fog Vial should hang naturally from the survivor’s hand by its string, showing realistic movement and physics — as it does correctly before joining a lobby.
Platform: PC
Steps to Reproduce (for Mikaela):
- Equip the Fog Vial in the loadout.
- Leave the lobby or go to the main menu.
- Join a new lobby (without reselecting the item).
- Observe how the Fog Vial is incorrectly positioned in-hand.

Can confirm that this glitch still exists from the PTB and should affect a majority of survivors. I have a video from the PTB showing how every survivor can have this issue occur (I believe the only one who didn't was Maria, one of Cheryl's Legendary skins) and should be able to cause this to occur outside of the queued-into lobby by opening and closing the survivor's page in the store while one has it equipped.
Here's additional images of the glitch occurring as OP described:
This Soma is standing in the base lobby, without being queued into a match. You can see left of him in the picture is the plus sign used to invite other players to the lobby. He holds it normally in this lobby.
When queued in, the position switches, and his Fog Vial clips into his hand, which then clips into his jacket as normal when he's doing his idle pose.

I found a similar bug with Feng. She's folding her arms but still holding the vial. I doubt the Killer could have spotted this easily in their lobby.

I had a game as killer where 4 of survivors had fog vials and I didnt notice in the lobby that ANY of them had it equipped xd
