Can u open dbd on steam and epic store simultaneously ?

So i have this problem with dbd that there is no good mode for practicing maps/kill powers etc, even custom games with bots are meh because they just gen rush, so one thing that came to my mind is if i had dbd on both steam and epic store could i play it on one PC ? so just i can chill and practice in peace ?
