Streetwise stacks and recharges items (multiplicative)
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Items found from chest stack streetwise if you place them back inside the chest.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Perks: Streetwise, Residual Manifest (to get a usable item right away)
Find chest,
Open chest,
Grab Item,
Rummage,
Get Flashlight,
Notice this places the first item back inside the chest,
Use Flashlight, notice charge drain
Swap back to the item inside chest,
Grab Flashlight, notice charge recovery
Use Flashlight, notice charges drain "slower"
Can be repeated as long as you can place item back inside chest. (tested)

Ran a few more tests it does indeed need to be put back inside the chest, i wanted to see if another player grabbing the items do something with the charges but don't have friends :(

Can confirm.
Found this out with the following: Keys + Streetwise
STEPS: Open chest with key
ON REPEAT: swap items resulting in "infinite" charge items [Med-kits, Toolboxes, Flashlights]
It works as long as the item is placed back into the chest and has a charge bar.

You don't need to anything else than get any of the old system items from a chest and have any other item in your hand. Then just keep trading the item in your hand to the item in the chest. The item you found in the chest will get extra charges every time its put back to the chest. It only works on the item found in that specific chest you can't use other chest to do the exploit. It also does not matter if you have used the item already and put it back to the chest.
Just to note this was also already reported.
