Unbound doesn't affect special killer vaults

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Unbound description: "This perk activates for 30 seconds after a survivor becomes injured by any means. After vaulting a window, you gain 7% haste for 10 seconds."
The description lacks specification that it doesn't apply to certain vaults, leading me to believe this is an unintended bug/oversight. Killers such as The Mastermind, The Good Guy, and The Legion do not get special synergy with this perk.

PLATFORM:
All platforms

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Equipped Unbound Perk, injured survivor, then attempted a power vault with The Mastermind, The Good Guy, and The Legion and the perk doesn't activate despite the perk description affecting vaults.

    They "bugfixed" those Killers being able to activate Unbound with their power vaults with TWD patch, it's in the bugfixes section. So allegedly Unbound was never meant to be activated that way to begin with.
