"Undetectable" Exploiting Unhooking Chance by Camping

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

I've noticed this with multiple killers, but in particular Springtrap and Michael, in that they are perfectly capable of making themselves Undetectable through various means and COMPLETELY killing a survivor by camping them on the hook, despite the changes made to prevent this. I just got off a match where I went from full to dead from a single hook, just because Springtrap wouldn't move away. Despite the changes made to the game, the bar to let me unhook did not even appear, let alone fill.

PLATFORM: Most recent on Steam Deck, but I've seen the issue on PS5 as well.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Just by playing against a Killer who can go Undetectable. I haven't attempted it myself as a Killer because I'm not a hypocrite (and the thought of doing so in a private game to test it did not even occur to me until writing this, so I do apologise).

VIDEO: Unfortunately, my Steam Deck won't let me send videos over a minute, but rest assured he did not leave me for even a moment, yet you can see no bar appear. I was also cursed by Hex: Fortune's Fool and was Oblivious, so that could've also affected it.
