Graphical Bug on Match Offerings Screen

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: A graphical bug appears on the offering screen. Part of the lobby appears on the left side of the screen. Looks to be part of the Interstate road sign.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Started a match after waiting the full timer. Has happened twice in just as many matches played.
