Skull Merchant Drone can't detect-scan survivors while they are doing conspicuous actions ?
Is this a bug or a feature ??? Because I just recently notice that if a survivor is repairing a gen or cleansing a hex totem, they won't be detected or get scanned by the drone for sure.

They can't even detect survivors fast vaulting… That's way bigger issue.
Just act like her drones don't exist and it only gives you undetectable on command.

This was a thing since her inital rework. They don't detect stationary Survivors or Survivors performing an action.
Yeah, this change really hurt her massively. It needs to be undone until they finish the rework (which was delayed).

Unfortunately, it isn't a bug.
Her drones cannot detect you if you are doing an action, they cannot detect you if you are standing still, they cannot detect you if you crouch and, the most insulting one, they cannot detect you if you are fast vaulting.

Her manufacturer stopped making her Drone Sensors and she had to switch to Temu… tragic.

The fact that she got nerfed because people refused to leave the hate train is genuinely unacceptable.

Why should they. Nothing would ever get done and she would 4K every match.

Thats a feature. This was the main problem with old skull merchant, their fix was to no longer count scans if you are standing still, crouched or doing an action.

Drones don't scan people who are crouching, not moving or fast vaulting. It was always a thing except for fast vaults since first SM rework. I'm more afraid of her future rework that was announced because I feel that even current SM is stonger than she will be (said from concept preview).

these are not the problem with skull merchant this is how she always worked since her rework.
drones are for chase not to put on objectives and get free tags and info.

She can't scan anyone while they aren't moving. This has been the case for like 2 years at this point.
Even as someone who likes scan line skull merchant, I think her being able to scan Survivors on gens would be unhealthy.

Shes still effective as an on/off stealth killer with "some" loop denial. I use the drones more for stealth than anythinf and it works. But yea they changed the drones a while back so she couldnt just plop them on generators and always know if someone is there causing extra long 3 gen defense games. Then people were still mad about her so they nerfed her further by making the drones only have 1 beam instead of 2 and a bunch of extra status effects she had. So yea shes just sexy ninja for now

Yes, it would definitely freakisk. But I think it need tweaks when guarding the totems.
