Stuck in Hawings Lab Locker!
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was playing on PS5, on Hawings lab. In the middle room, there is a locker I got stuck in by just entering. I went to rescue, hid in a locker and got stuck! My girlfriend (also PS5) was also playing, communicated, entered, and was stuck with me also. A crossplay character (Ash) also entered and was able to exit. Perhaps just a PlayStation issue? The killer disconnected so reporting bug because yes it needs fixed and this in case possible other players reported me. I was NOT exploiting, I play on console so I play fair, just happened to get stuck… and could not move. Thankfully killer disconnected and I did not have to get a DC penalty.
EDIT: there is no advantage you get from this… you get stuck, can spin but cannot be hurt. The knight tried to down us with his abilities but failed. All you can do is be stuck and probably disconnect.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Go into one of the middle rooms on Hawkings where there is a locker in the middle of the room and two PS5 players got stuck IN the locker.

Had this as killer on PC / Steam.
First i thought it was a hacker. But after some time i saw she was stuck in the locker.
She died to the endgame. So clearly no hacker.

Confirming here as well - just had the exact same thing happen, exact same locker spot. It looks like there's some collision or something that pushes the model back inside when they try to come out.
PC / Steam player here so it looks platform agnostic. Really unfortunate timing for my match because hatch spawned right outside and I couldn't even leave :(

I just had this happen too, but it was activated slightly differently. 2 of my friends and I were going against Doctor. One friend was in one of those lockers and was about to use Head On when the scream animation happened, interrupting it. From that point he was trapped in the locker.
My other friend and I at this point were able to enter and exit the locker, but my first friend was permanently trapped inside. Later, my other friend is fast jumping in and out of that same locker, killer uses his ability, she screams, and she too is now stuck in the locker.
After that the killer spared me and let me do the remaining 4 gens to force the endgame collapse. Only at the end of endgame collapse would this end. If the killer chose to kill me instead they would have been stuck there until either party DCed or the server disconnected.
For this case, it ONLY happened when someone was mid-locker fast exit animation and the Doctor used madness to cause a scream.
