All other complaints about Twins aside, why is it that Victor can camp the hook, and the anti-camp meter does not do anything?
This needs to be fixed.

Yeah, I never understood that either. Considering he can injure and down people. He's a killer too. Just….well….shorter…

I thought ever since the botched rework attempt Victor was supposed to count for anti-camp, maybe it's bugged. Idk. Either way he should count towards it

Victor can camp the hook and the Anti-Camp does progress, its just that the Anti-Camp Meter in general just sucks and needs a buff.
