Getting Condemned Stacks while Onryo is not teleporting

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

After The Onryo teleported, Survivors kept getting more Stacks of Condemned every few seconds when she was no longer teleporting. Apparently being next to an active TV was the issue, since removing the Tape stopped it. Add Ons used: Bloody Fingernails and Videotape Copy. Map was Forgotten Ruins, if this is important.

PLATFORM: PC, Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

Play a match as Onryo or against Onryo

Equip Bloody Fingernails and Videotape Copy (or one of them might be responsible for the Bug)

Teleport and watch Survivors getting more Condemned Stacks every few seconds despite not teleporting anymore.

PLAYER LOGS: Log is attached, but I dont know if it is useful, since I played a game afterwards against a Trickster. But adding the Logs regardless, maybe they will help.
