2v8 Survivor queues take so long
For some reason, even though you get 5x more Bloodpoints, I've been sitting in Survivor queue for 5 minutes already. Something feels weird. Does anyone else wait so long?

I just noticed this too, that never happens in 2v8 lobbies.

Yeah, I feel like the Play While You Wait feature pretty much reversed the issue. Now it's bad for the survivor queue instead.

it took me a while to find a lobby for my second game, and when I finally found one, we were all waiting for several minutes with NO killers joining until the game disconnected me

I've been sitting here for 10 minutes now. This lobby simulator event is the best ever. I can't get enough of it.

I'm getting survivors matches pretty quickly 2-5 mins

I think the servers just went to ######### or something. Takes long to enter play survivor/killer in menu too.

It disconnected me when I still was in the survivor queue (using the PWYW feature ofc).

No problem with survivor queue in my region, I hit ready and am in a lobby in under a minute. I had a lobby earlier that wouldn't fill with survivors, it felt like the TCM backfill bug because when I finally left after waiting for over 5 minutes I was put into a new lobby that instantly filled up when I entered it.
Now it seems like there's a server issue though. Keep getting error message that connection to host can't be established.

Yeah, but that's not normal for having 400% BP incentives. I still haven't found a match, neither as Survivor or Killer, neither in 2v8 nor 1v4. I think the Servers really broke or something.

Im also experiencing 10min queue times for 5x bp Survivors lobbies. and sometimes the lobby never comes.

There is something wrong with the servers, we also have a long que on the survs + a huge ping, my friend has 260

It broke for me too, I realized I was just endlessly waiting in que & found that odd as a survivor.
Dropped the que and re-qued, matched instantly. Definitely something goin on.
Doesn't help that there isn't any timer indication for how long you've been in que.

I've gotten "connection lost" while just trying to spend Bloodpoints. The servers don't seem to be in a good spot at the moment.

I even got an Initialization Error message now after restarting the game.

I've been having connection issues and server issues almost all day. Can't even spend blood points properly.
Things were manageable and I got a few games, but now I've been requeing for about 30 minutes with constant issues.
I'm 90% sure it's just the servers struggling right now.

Managed to get into a custom after finding a Sever took like a minute, and I had 200 Ping inside the match.
Would be nice to know what's happening right now.

Just want to echo I'm also having issues. Was jumping in and out of games as survivor no problem at first, but now it doesn't seem like its connecting.

I feel like it has become wait while you wait… I tried doing just a survivor queue and just a killer queue and the play while you wait option and it's ALL just endless lobby simulator

This is one scenario where I wish the explanation weren't so simple! We're hoping to have an update to share soon on the outage, though. Sit tight (and thanks for being so patient!)

Behaviour trying to see how their new game will work in the market (Lobby and Store Simulator). Dress up your avatars, see how long you can wait!!! But wait….there's more! As soon as we get this up and running for you and all of the 2v8 fans you can rest assured we will take it away for another 6 to 8 months to provide you with some more broken updates and you guessed it! Some hard catering towards Otzdarva and the Streaming killers that can't stop whining :)

I am confused…Is the play while you wait broken or is it the outage? I am still waiting a while with my friend. We queued for killer. clicked play while you wait, but we are just sitting in the survivor lobby….still waiting?

It's very like the outage unfortunately, we're still working on a fix. There's been some headway but it's not fully resolved yet, the team will be continuing to work on it though.

LMAO — 2v8 now lets you join an infinite queue for survivor while you sit in the infinite queue for killer. It's everything I dreamed.
