QoL for Clown.

A small QoL for Clown I would like to see is the ability to either swap bottles mid throw cooldown or add a buffer to the bottle swap. So many times have I just thrown the wrong bottles because neither feature exists.

  They added the ability to buffer reloads and throws, but not switching, which is weird.
