Fog Vial in game text description bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: in the in game text of Fog Vials, the “Reaches its maximum size after x seconds” isn’t displayed on the description of the item. In the 9.1.0 patch notes, it says that each rarity of the fog vial will make it reach its maximum size quicker but in the in-game text, it only displays the cooldown and duration variables when changing rarities.
PLATFORM: Xbox Series X
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- equip fog vial/hover over to see description
- notice there isn’t a “Reaches its maximum size after 2/1.5/1.2 seconds” anywhere in the description when it should be there.
