No Killer Instinct on crouching survivors as The Artist

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: If a crow misses a survivor by a bit, the Artist players gets Killer Instinct. However, if a survivor is crouching in this moment, the Artist player doesn't get Killer Instinct (you can see it in the video below). This is a big because even the DbD Wikipedia doesn't mentioned this in it's section. I know the wiki is a fan based but they are pretty accurate with their information - for example, they are true that Killer Instinct doesn't trigger on Victor, Rights of Judgement, or when Dredge teleport to a locker during Nightfall when the survivor crouches within their ranges.

PLATFORM: PC (Steam)

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: log in as The Artist and aim at a crouching survivor so the survivor doesn't get swarmed or direct hit but is still in range of killer instinct.

This is by Design with this killer, survivors go undetected if they are crouched.

Could you please attach the logs? Be sure they are taken right after encountering the issue.

    To find them:

    1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the "Run" command.
    2. In the text box paste the following: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
    3. Click "OK" - this will open your Dead by Daylight Logs folder.
      • If it does not open the Dead by Daylight Logs folder, it may mean that when installing Dead by Daylight you chose to save your files somewhere else and will need to check there.
    4. The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file

    Thank you.

Could there be some further clarification please as to whether it is by design that crouched survivors go undetected from killer instinct when using Birds of Torment?

The Artist's crows will trigger killer instinct when a survivor is: standing, healing, repairing a generator, blessing or cleansing a totem, opening a chest, hiding in a locker, on different floors (within the confines of distance) and when in the dying state. Literally any interaction/state, But we are sure that crouching stops this interaction? This doesn't make any rational sense with how her power works (emphasis on the torment).
