There should be basekit corrupt intervention for killers to stop gen speeds and have early pressure

To address Pain res and Deadman maybe there should be basekit stuff for killer to prevent gen rushing

Making gens slower doesn't solve anything. Ultimately, to solve the problem they'd have to rework gens entirely.
