SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Owned cosmetics do not appear in the customization tab and cannot be equipped. The UI shows the messege "No cosmetic item available" (Spanish client: "No hay objeto cosmético disponible") for all my characters, even though i own multiple skins.

PLATFORM: PC - Steam (Windows 11)

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
1. Launch the game and log in.
2. Go to Killers or Survivors.
3. Open the customization tab (Head/ Body/ Weapon…)
4. Ensure search field is empty and fliters are cleared.
5. Observe that the cosmetic lists are empty and the message "No cosmetic item available" is shown.
6. Attempt to switch categories/ characters or restart the game, the issue persists.

  • Player logs are required from PC players only.

Please turn off your cosmetic filters.

    Hello! Please check to ensure you do not have any filters selected. Please let us know if this does not resolve the issue; please provide a screenshot of the filters tab.
