resilience doesn't show up some times for some characters

Resilience wont show up anywhere in the inventory also doesn't show up when u search for the perk either, only happens when I play Leon or Laurie but it shows up for every other character has been like this for months

    2025, 2 years later and you still haven't fixed this

    Usually in missing perks situations they tell poster to contact their customer support as these are account side issues and usually they are the ones that can help you fix it so that the perk comes available to the characters that its missing on. Still first time I have seen general perk to be one that is missing.
