Obviously this doesn’t mean stop putting out other limited time games modes but I think 2v8 would be a good permanent addition to the game. Not only does it allow friends to play killer together in the same lobby but it also opens the door for a friend group larger than 4 to play together. The games are also pretty fast and fun so I truly don’t see why not. I really enjoy it myself, as both killer and survivor!

    i dont like the idea of simply voting or upvoting or downvoting without explanation so i will provide my reasoning for my "no" vote.

    Simply, it splits the q times of everything so 1 v 4 q times as survivor and killer takes a hit. 30min to q up for killer in 2 v 8. play as you wait does help with this, however when i q for killer, i want to play killer not survivor. For people that only enjoy killer role, they have a choice, wait 30min in a lobby doing nothing, or play a role they dont like and have no interest in playing while they wait. If q times were reasonable during 2 v 8 then sure by all means add it permanently. Untill that happens i have to vote "no"

    Every 3 month or so like it is now is fine.

    I like the bonus BPs and the mode is kinda fun - for some time.

    It is a vastly simplified action version of DbD with no real variations in playstyle and some real unfair double tap situations where you have no chance to do anything.

    Also some killers should have not been added to this mode…

    But after these last 3 weeks the mode is really exhausting and i was happy it ended.

    I honestly hope they do make it a permanent mode, or at least more frequently appearing. I really enjoy the game mode in addition to playing 1v4 matches (which I still played during 2v8 for the record).

    As a survivor main, it was actually really nice to be able to try out and learn some new killers to play while having a friend along so that any early fumbles while still learning the new killer wouldn't mean getting completely curb stomped in a 1v4 match. Having the back up and moral support while learning new killers is a great plus, and opened me up to playing two additional killers outside of 2v8 matches.

    It also taught me that I hate playing Blight which is good to know.

    3 months is way too long, 2v8 should come back every month or every weekend

    i would be fine with it permanent if the Q times for 1v4 and 2v8 were better and absolutely permanent to custom games

    Trust me, it won‘t be fun if permanently added. Especially since it already has unstable queue times.
