I would like to see a penalty for survivors who make meaningless noise.
If you repeatedly enter a locker or repeatedly slide over a pallet, the notification sound becomes very loud!
I often use "Iron Maiden" when using Huntress, but when survivors abuse this, it is very noisy because of the repeated screams!
If you are noisy during the chase, it will be difficult to hear the noise of the person you are chasing, which will affect the match.
To protect the ears and minds of the players who operate the killer, we need to take measures to prevent further abuse of the system.

I forgot to mention this earlier, but of course, survivors are also affected to some extent. I sincerely hope this will be improved.

Just go over there and slug their annoying ass. Stand over them and don’t let anyone pick them up. Let the other 3 escape.

I'm not sure about penalties, but there should be an option to locally mute notifications and screams. I think that would be a decent QOL improvement.

Distracting the killer with noise is a legit strategy. Sometimes it's more important to do that than a generator.
If there's no "Survivor Rulebook" and it's ok to slug and tunnel, then it's definitely not fair for you to start a "Killer Rulebook", right?

OP isn't asking survivors to observe unwritten rules, they're asking for the game to be changed?

I do remember once going for a Sabotage challenges once, and I was thinking "Well, sabo saves will take forever... what if I make a noise maker build?".
So took Red Herring, Distraction, Sabotuer, Deception and Sabotage toolbox with extra charges. I would obviously do gens, but any time I had pebble charged I would throw it, and periodically I would sabo a hook, used Deception, vault a window, and throw out Red Herring when I got the chance.
I made 4/5 killers DC in a row 😶😶😶😶
