DBD is causing my entire internet to drop

Over the last couple of days, I've been experiencing a bizarre issue where during a match (be it Killer or Survivor) my connection to the match will drop, followed by my entire internet disconnecting. This issue ONLY happens with DBD. I've tried to replicate the issue in other games but it doesn't happen anywhere else. I've tried the whole networking troubleshooting tips from BHVR, I've tried various launch options for the game and I've made sure my connection is actually working properly. I don't really know what else I can try here but this issue is causing me to get banned because I keep disconnecting from matches.

    I've been having really weird times during matches where my connection stops for a second and rewinds me back into place. Discord and such lags briefly too. Doesn't happen on any other game I play either. Been happening nearly every match for a couple days.
