Unnecessary nerfs to survivor perks

OTR was nerfed even tho anti-tunel is not in the game, but my main complain is about Hope. This perk is highly situational, you need to repair all the gens to get value, it's not like you get value throught the whole game. The most stupid nerf. You reverted nerf to Batteries included which has similar effect, so I HOPE you'll revert this one too. This is just unfair. If you nerf this perk, than nerf NOED too.

    I wish they reworked Hope to provide the Haste for say… 30s every time a generator is complete (to be paired with Poised).
    It has long been a "win more" counter to NOED's Haste, and it would be a better perk if it activated throughout the trial.
