Unable to recover while crawling with Tenacity

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: You can no longer recover while crawling with tenacity.

PLATFORM: Any platform

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Get downed with "Tenacity" equipped. Start crawling, and automatic recovery will halt.

    Yeah, it'd be awesome if we could get this looked at! Not sure why it was not only nerfed (when all the changes didn't go through) and now it's bugged to not let you recover while crawling.

    The perk description was updated so this seems like it's not even a bug. They just made the change to tenacity without considering their their planned "crawl and recover" mechanic was not going to make it to live so now tenacity just… not only makes you move slower than it did but gives you no ability to recover. Hopefully this is addressed because it is quite baffling.

    If you look at the patch notes, you see that it should get a new effect, but the old ones should have stayed in place. I think this is just an oversight and with that a bug.
