new killer is too strong
new killer is too strong. low cooldowns, barely any counterplay in chase and outside of chase

her only issues are: fov, the literally no cooldown between casting ur power and m1 in human form [i mean its okay that u can bait it but literally no cooldown after even using it is just ew], and her power in human form is overally… too spammable.

played her and everyone escaped could just be me killer seems boring and repetitive.

What, you don't like when strong auto pilot killers get released on PTB only to get buffed on live?
17 -
In fact I don't :) The killer feels awful to face.

one would think, after 10 years of game development, more if you count pre production, and early stages, let say 13 to 14 years of being working on a project, devs would have learn how to balance a killer, YET here we are, we hitted a new low of feeling miserable playing survivor.

This is simply yet another example of something being amiss within the team responsible for gathering feedback, as if they only listen to one side of the story without considering any counterarguments.
It is inconceivable that they did not reflect on their decision to implement these changes before going live; there is clearly a lack of good faith on the part of those directly responsible.
After 10 years, it is not possible to still be at such a low level of design and believe that everything is ok, this killer is completely illogical.5 -
No human wrote those patch notes, they're consulting AI based on nothing but the data from metrics lol

I genuinely have no clue as to why they like doing enormous changes to killers or survivors randomly after a ptb ends cause every time it happens, this exact scenario happens each time

Played against her on rpd about an hour ago 4 gen chase no downs. Her power seems really weak vs windows.

Body blocking destroys her.

I'm not really seeing it, to be honest.
Even with scamper, you can't get too much value when a survivor can just keep going around the loop, it's specific loops she can cut down with the M2, and even then they need to be infected.
She's strong, but not NURSE strong like people claim. Maybe it's a skill issue on my part, but I'm just not seeing it yet. Maybe my opinion will change with time.-1 -
Yeah i honestly dont' see it either. She seems ok, but not great. I'm sure with some practice you can get pretty good with her, but she gets destroyed if survivors body block for each other since you can't go through them anymore with the head. On top of that, i have played 5 games so far as survivor and not a single person was playing her. And thats on release day. Usually a good indicator that the killer isn't very good when nobody is playing her before the first day is even over.

I'll probably sink enough time to really see the potential, but from videos and posts claiming she's the next Kaneki or Nurse? Definitely not.
Not that she's bad by any means, I've had some really good mindgames on medium loops, but windows are still tough on her and scamper isn't nearly as bad as Kaneki's situation. If I had to nitpick, the spray on the M2 may be a tad too wide and makes it easy to get the T1 down, but the killer is too new for me to say it's a necessary nerf to do.
That said, it does feel better in PTB in some ways, and weaker in ways as you said with the lack of being able to phase through survivors during flight.-2 -
Hens just put out a video that showcases her strength pretty well.

The one from her on the PTB where she moved faster and could body block by going through survivors? Cuz she can't do most of that anymore. Also that was PTB, where matchmaking is basically non-existant and hens has like 10k hours.

She is definitely overtuned but I don't think she's that OP. Her kit doesn't allow her to be.
She just needs longer cooldown on the regurgigate so that it's not spammable, and a slight nerf to the mobility.
I think with the correct numbers she is one of the most balanced B+/A tier killers like wesker. Will never be at the same level as hillbilly, but can compete strong.

Shouldn't really gauge a killers strength on someone who literally lives and breathes DBD with 10k+ hours.
Killer is average at best IMO.

I really don't understand how can we still have vaulting killers… after the chucky scamper thing
This killer can infect you and immidiately m1 you for the injure.
Pallets don't matter, windows don't matter.
All you can do is die in the corner so she needs to carry you to the hook.
I literally made an adept with 4k3, it was the easiest adept possible.
I played more as a survivor tho and the matches were miserable, I didn't have fun at all.
This killer sees surviviors over the rocks, over other obstacles.
Doesn't need to break the pallets,
easily bodyblocks with the "flying" - the cooldown to her flying is very small, it lasts for a long time aswell.I played on the gideon as krasue, never broke a pallet and chases lasted 20-30 seconds.

the devs arnt the problem its you if its so bad why are you playing i mean come on why should they fix it your still playingl lol

It took me 8 tries to get adept. But ill admit i was playing "fairly" like the first 2 tries someone was hiding all round for the hatch i didnt tunnel or slug for 4k. Then it was 6 rounds of maybe 1 kill if at all. Then on the 8th try i managed to start winning in the asylum map, and had decided to finally slug for 4k. After that it was like 6 more rounds of being gen rushed with maybe 1-2 kills. (Its not that i suck at the new killer i play the whole roster competently enough for 100% challenges/achievements and often get to red rank 1, i just dont like to tunnel)
so then i tried some survivor and the first krasue is turbo tunneling, wins easily. Someone in the chat was complaining "9 tunnelers in a row smh". So it seems to me that shes "alright" if she plays casually but is somehow built to be the best at turbo tunneling besides kaneki. I swear i was getting much better results on the now Nerfed Dracula.

I was thinking on this as well, after combing through some of these other posts.
Krasue was probably made with the anti tunnel in mind, so now, she's a VERY good tunneling killer while being A tier otherwise once you get to know her kit well. It's kind of a shame, honestly, because I do find her quite fun when not tunneling.0 -
I don't agree. Once people figure out to exploit her weaknesses, then she'll be a lot easier to deal with.
Two main things:
One, her pallet vault is slow. They actually nerfed her vault time from the PTB (1.5s → 1.7s). You can drop pallets, and she can't realistically deal with some of them without transforming back into Body Form, which takes a lot of time to do.
Two, she's INCREDIBLY susceptible to bodyblocking. This is even more true now Headlong Flight has collision with Survivors. She needs to either eat 3 hits on a Survivor or transform back to Body Form, which, again, takes a long time. I know people might have the argument that "oh you can't bodyblock if you're solo", but yes, you can go bodyblock for your teammates yourself. I do it often.
The only thing I think needs changing is that infection should be entirely cleansed when a Survivor is hooked. Chases against her when you're fully reset feel really fun, but getting tunneled down when you're already infected straight off the hook feels terrible. This one change is all she needs imo.

I'll just use my psychic powers to communicate with my solo queue teammates that I need a bodyblock, and…
I managed to start winning in the asylum map, and had decided to finally slug for 4k
Oh, I thought slugging wasn't a problem and it was only used as a last resort for when you were facing a coordinated SWF.
Good to know I was right all along.
