Sound issues (buzz noise in the lobby/menu)

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When I'm in the lobby/menu can hear a buzzing noise.
after a start a match this sound disappears completely but it's annoying to hear noise while in the menu.
With headphones the noise is quite noticeable and annoying.
PLATFORM: PC/Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURRED:
Just open the lobby/manu didn't need to do anything.
VIDEO:
The buzzing sound is heard from seconds 6 to 30.Then the buzzing sound appears again from 1:04 to 1:21.
The buzzing sound only disappears completely mute the game or starting a match.

It's part of the new lobby, since there's a stage with speakers that have a feedback loop going on.
