Everything Wrong With The Krasue
I have done nothing but play Krasue since she released, and I knew within the first hour of gameplay that she was very, very busted. This post is to go over every single non-bug related issue I have with the "What That Neck Do?" Killer.
Regurgitate
Starting it off with her first ability, Regurgitate. This thing comes back far too fast. By the time your Leeching Gland has bounced off a surface and hit the floor, Regurgitate is already back again, ready to fire. It allows you to spam the thing, and with all the projectiles it fires, there's a good chance you'll Leech a Survivor whenever you hit it.
Additionally, The Krasue can nearly instantly swing her weapon after spewing, which might actually be a bug, but all the animations are working, we've just never really had a Killer that can do this.
I'll also mention that you can barely see the Leeching Gland. It's dark, and most of the locations in this game are dark, and quite tiny. Along with bouncing it off walls, it's highly unpredictable.
Leeches
Let's get this out of the way: it is FAR TOO EASY to TUNNEL with Krasue. When someone gets Hooked, the Leeches stick around, and because of an ability I'll mention later, it can lead to one of the most oppressive tunnelers in the game. Enough to make Nemesis and Pyramid Head blush.
Additionally, the Glowing Funguses work for too slow for a Killer this mobile and this oppressive. You can also just hit a guy with Intestinal Whip who ate a Fungus and just reapply Leeches AND INJURE the guy.
Also, why does Leeched have two Tiers? The first one is already oppressive enough given how The Krasue is, so being Broken feels like complete overkill.
Intestinal Whip
Along with Tier 3 Myers (RIP) lunge range, Blight curves, and Xenomorph's instant M1 from within Crawler Mode, we have Intestinal Whip, which is extremely difficult to predict and dodge. Even if you do dodge it, well, let's not get ahead of myself, I'll get to that ability.
Also, not really an issue, but if you have Mad Grit while in Head Mode, you can perform backshots.
Headlong Flight
Ahh, here it is! Here's the issue!
Headlong Flight looks at Decisive Strike, Dead Hard, and post-Hook Endurance and laughs at it. Things might as well be from the dollar store when it comes to her. Krasue can very easy keep on a Survivor after she's hit them with an M1, got stunned, got unhooked, or injured them with Intestinal Whip.
You can traverse the map very quickly, tunnel people very quickly, prevent Glowing Funguses from functioning very quickly, and have people DC very quickly. You might bait an Intestinal Whip, you might spin a Krasue, but you are NEVER getting away from Headlong Flight unless the Exit Gate is right there.

BHVR had several months of negative Ghoul feedback and went through with making a killer who takes everything awful about playing against Ghoul and doubles down on it.
I get it, survivors holding W is obnoxious, survivors pre-dropping pallets is obnoxious. But they figured this one out with Dracula already. He needs to hit you with skill shots to outplay pallets, and his bat form blinds him and he gets slowed down when he transforms, giving survivors counterplay options.
Ghoul just point-and-clicks up next to you and vaults pallets, and now Krasue doesn't even need to worry about map geometry, she just runs you down.
Thank goodness I enjoy playing both sides so I can just play killer to escape playing against these abominations of game design.

It’s become increasingly clear that the survivor experience doesn’t matter to bhvr. Between the recent killers designs and the scraping of anti tunnel they’ve spat on us.

Basically she's Plague 0.5 - a 'regurgitated' (pun intended) design that leaves us all scratching our heads.
Another "fill-the-bar" killer that spits projectiles that eventually builds up enough to inflict Broken; which can be mitigated by interacting with a special object in the environment. Hmm….
The only difference is that she has more mobility than Plague, which has become the standard theme for newer killers.

They did not scrap it they delayed it. They are going to try somethings in a future PTB. That being said they needed at bare minimum the hiding the unhook temporarily and the Elusive effect to have stayed in at least to force them to go after the person who did the unhooking if they were around.

it should not of been delayed. They should’ve shipped it and collected months worth of data like they did the ghoul.

If it doesn't have a release date, it isn't delayed, it doesn't exist, and is not on the schedule. Same as the Skull Merchant rework. Same as the Twins rework. Same as Twins/Knight/Houndmaster/everything bug fixes. Same as the Swamp rework. Same as the anti-cheat measures they promised years ago. Same as the anti-slug measures they first promised years ago. Same as the game health updates. Same as so damn many things that they have promised time and time again, and have just gone away and disappeared.
