I don't like Ash talking
I may be the only one who thinks this but it just feels weird and out of place considering all the survivors don't talk.

It creeped me the hell out the first time i loaded into a lobby with him lmao.

He whispers sweet nothings to us๐๐

I get that it's in character but really it's super out of place and frankly annoying when you get long lobby waits
7 -
He so does, i get goosebumps on my flesh....
2 -
I swear I need to occasionally look behind me to make sure Ash won't be laying in my bed while I'm playing
5 -
OMG SAME. I was like wait ######### was that?!

I love it. Just want to hear it better
6 -
Yeah, my only complaint is that he doesn't speak loud enough.
7 -
I barely can hear it. Its not like he's repeatedly talking either.
5 -
I wish for an option to disable it. I simply get annoyed by this, and I would guess that more people will feel the same after a while.
4 -
I hear half of what he's saying cause the sound is all over the place and I had to turn off the menu music to hear that much.

Startled the crap out of me the first time.

When I heard him speak the first time, I cringed. Idk why like he doesnโt sound bad but speaking is not something in dbd and just made me feel weird. I like it now tho
1 -
Can't hear him at least be loud as Freddy's laugh or somewhat close to that

I can only hear 1/4 of anything he says where the volume is so low.
So far my favorite line is: "Look who's shittin' in the tall grass." Nice.
Wouldn't feel as out of place if the others spoke a little. Since it's at the character selection screen, near the campfire, I think that is technically lore-acceptable. Pretty sure they just can't speak once inside the trial (which, given the support of SWF and Discord usage, makes that irrelevant already too, doesn't it?).

Annoying. I don't know why the devs stopped holding on their own concept/principle that survivors don't talk. Such a bad move, stupid. Really stupid.

I'm glad he doesn't speak in-game, that would have been a terrible move. I think I'd prefer it if only the person playing Ash could hear his voice.

I think some salty random insults to the killer from all survivors would be kinda funny during gameplay XD

@JawsIsTheNextKiller Would've been hilarious if he insulted the killer after stuns or said groovy at key moments tho.

Yup it's like overacting

Having watched the movies and the series, it's accurate to his character. He treats every situation with levity.

@Nikkiwhat Huh, thats pretty groovy

Naw, I love that Ash talks and it's funnier the more smug his comments get.
Apparently Ash says things when you save people , have yet to hear it.
But the best thing about Ash so far is his getting downed noise.
He has the best injured/ yelp noise 10/10

On the contrary, me and my friend -love- it.

If it's so super annoying as some people say... Why not just take 10 seconds of your time muting the game/minimizing until the match starts? It's just 1 sentence every now and then, it's not a whole speech.
2 -
This was exactly what i was hoping for once I got into my first match with him. Lured the killer to me just to hit them with a pallet.
T.T disappointment
