Deathslinger feels so weak now that his terror radius is 32m
The fact that he's 4.4 m/s with this huge terror radius means that survivors just pre run me every game and he feels very weak to shift w. Like it's so bad I often have to spend 10s+ just catching up to potentially be in range to shoot them but even then maps are so full of clutter they'll have something to break LoS and even just zig zag if there's nothing because they have so much distance. Feels so bad to play now. Guess I'll have to try Hex: Plaything or other perks that make him stealthy because he feels so ass with this huge terror radius and slow walking speed. Kinda feels like cheating to use perks like Hex:Plaything that remove terror radius but w/e

Monitor getting nerfed should mean he gets his 24m TR back now.

also the fact that all of his gun skins besides default make his aim inaccurate. Thanks bhvr

Slinger is type of the killer that always has been weak. He got few big nerfs and some small buffs. Only few slinger mains are able to unleash his real potential with amazing trickshots. Unfortunatelly seems like places where singer can make some good pikselshots are slowly dissapering. Maybe one day he will get small rework or significant buff.

Because he has to work so hard for his shots. At release when you could quick scope he was pretty good, because quick scoping had a high skill ceiling where you could practice getting good. Once that was removed he's been bad ever since.
Factor in the fact that you are 4.4, have to slow down to raise your gun, the survivor gets a heavy chance to dodge it with that little "wiggle" they do, and assuming you even land the hit, you have to reel them in, then hit them, then reload, then do it again. You spend so much time fiddling with the gun that it doesn't actually earn you any extra time from landing hits compared to say a huntress.
He really needs some buffs.

With the new and old Monitor & Abuse the reduction in terror radius out of the chase is the same with 32m, and in-chase it actually extends less than before. So for 32m terror radius killers Monitor has actually been buffed.

He shouldn't need to run a perk for a 24m TR. Prerunning against him is too strong at the moment.

Looking at the new killer and Ghoul, it's honestly ridiculous how big the difference can be between killers, for how large the reward is compared to the amount of effort or skill you have to apply. I agree with you.
