New pallets on Crotus Penn Asylum might be a bit too much

Some maps like Haddonfield definitely deserved the new pallets, but others like the maps on Crotus Penn Asylum feel like a bit too much now on M1 killers imo

Asylum always was "too much". It's baffling that nothing has been done about it, still.

You forgot to mention that they made it 30% smaller.

Meanwhile The game being m1 nightmare for years.

But yea right now it seems like game is spawning there every single render and pallet possible just to remove possible dead zones.

Doesn't really matter when the space they trimmed was completely dead anyway, and that adding god setups to maps like this is far more significant.

That isn‘t really true. There were a lot of loops (pallets and windows) at the removed parts of the map. Now they shrunk it and put pallets closer together. They didn‘t really add more pallets there. Just a smaller size with closer pallets.

I think there is no valid reason to play m1 killer exept the ones you like but nowdays everything is against them, palett spawns, survivors and their loadouts and upcoming anti changes, all of them are further nerfs to m1 killers and even back then m1 where hard to play but game wasnt so fast phased like nowdays everyone who sees m1 like wraith, ghostface, doctor plays like they saw meta wielding blight/ghoul and rushes gens to oblivion its so unfun and undgratefull to play these killers without their best meta addons and perks.

Still nerf to m1 because space between loops is now shorter which means survivor makes it to other loop almost every time which hurts m1 nonetheless.

Killers with strong antiloop or mobility which can be used in chase (noth counting dreadge rare locker rng, sadako tv rng and other simular mobilities) dont care and can deal with it but the m1 killers get still hurt by this change.

Killers complain map is too big. Behavior makes map smaller. Killers complain…. They should just revert the map as it was before.

I'm a little more worried about how liberal they're getting with those awful double pallet setups.

I didn't forget to mention anything, I just said that the amount of pallets on that realm now feels a bit overwhelming on M1 killers.

I'm not even complaining about the new pallet density update, Haddonfield really needed it for example, I just think Crocus Penn (Disturbed Ward specifically) was better before and didn't need this change at all

One change doesnt always benefits all killers because their powers and kits are different not like survivors who are just reskin, look at coldwin maps if there arent any clutter and random objects in the field then killers like billy, huntress are more stronger there and killers like blight, wesker are weaker there vice versa and this is same for the difference between ghoul and legion one can play both larage map with more dead zones and other is nefed on big map with lesser mobility but dead zones can help him on smaller map (same map like asylum change) he has less mobility problem but loops are closer to each other and smaller to none dead zones (which killers like bubba or trickster quite need like most weaker killers) so either isnt ideal for him but smaller map with less god loops and more medium safe loops which can be mindgamed are better than larger maps with dead zones for killer like legion but its not some huge buff like most survivors call only for killers which can catch up in the chase and have solid antiloop like ghoul, draculy etc..
