Auto-recovering from dying state is a slight nerf to solo queue
You won't be able to see if someone has Unbreakable because they can't 99% their recovery anymore, and that is very important in some situations
It's time to put the Unbreakable icon on the bottom right corner for all survivors when someone who has the perk is on the dying state
Take the hint and also put the icon for Deliverance, Wicked, Flip-Flop, etc

I agree about the icon suggestion. But also, let people 99% and still keep the auto-recovering. It doesn't make sense to visually change how the 99% bar looks. They could've added auto-recovering without visually changing anything.

It's even a bigger nerf if you take account that, with the auto recovery, you are slower to recover than the old system

You also can't tell if somebody's gone AFK because it refills on its own.

You can absolutely 99 your recovery.
Do NOT hold down the button to recover like you would normally, since it's now automatic.
Because if you do, you will indeed get up when you might not intend to.
Once the recovery bar is full, you get a prompt that you have to press/click to complete the recovery, get up, and keep moving.-1 -

Then how does it work?
Unbreakable gives you a prompt you have to click before you get up. That's part of the perk.1 -
You can't 99 the progress bar, it stops at the same level as if you can't self recovery
