All Prestiges gone when logging in

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I went to login to my game on my playstation under my account Tamooz6 and when I loaded in all of my prestiges were gone on both sides. I just got all survivors to Prestige 1 and Dwight to prestige and had all killers at prestige 1 besides wraith at prestige 4.
PLATFORM: Playstation 5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Login to my game like normal
- See that my perk slots are locked on everyone and I am at level 1 for all my characters
Oddly enough I see the blue versions of dwights perks on other survivors as if the prestiges are there
