i lost grade because of the game with cheater
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: i lost grade because of the game with cheater. he killed all in 2 minutes
PLATFORM: pc-steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: firstly, all players was downed, then hooked, and then i receive the message that i lost 1 grade. Killer was jumping, doing 2 hits in 1 second, and zoom around the map

It not a bug if he was a hacker and you need to report him in game and if you have video proof follow it up with it via the website support to open a ticket.

Thank you for reply! I reported him in game and i didnt have a video. Is there anything else i can do? Im also curious will it bring the rank if he will be blocked

I haven't had this happen to me and I'm not sure if they will give you your grade back even if you had video proof but when this happens I will take my phone and record what is happening in spectator mode to follow up with an in game report. You most likely will have to work your way back up to the grade you were at.

Oh, sad to hear, a little unfair. I hope BHVR will implement system that will track not only survivor's behavior but also killer's too. Thank you for your advice, i'll try to react faster in such cases and record videos
