Auric cells not coming in

Hi I bought 500 auric cells twice and it hasn’t given me either of them. I’ve never had this problem before and I’ve tried restarting it, it’s been 12+ hours and nothing yet. The money has been taken from my account.
I play on Xbox and my user is scissorcitygirl
