How has the Pallet Density update not been reverted?
You're actively punished for not playing the S-A tier killers becuase of this. Winning as an M1 killer is insanely hard now, and maps that were already Survivor sided are now insanely Survivor sided. Ormond in particular is just 10 loops next to each other each with pallets on both sides with a good main building to seperate them. How was this called a "Quality of Life Update" when it's just a blanket Survivor buff?

It's a broken record at this point. Almost every patch further makes the weaker killers even more weaker while usually barely affecting the s tier killers who are actually problematic. Result? Less and less people playing weaker killers and more and more people switching to S tier killers. Heck, Otz released a new tier list, and ghostie got demoted from C to D tier.

Because survivors deserve more pallets to defend theirselves against todays broken killers.

Or we could take the more sensible approach of addressing the "broken" Killers instead of ruining the game for all of the average Killers.

A few more pallets isn't going to hurt nothing. Most of them that were added are very unsafe anyways.

Each individual killer needs fixing, not a masked basekit survivor buff. Survivor was already the stronger role, this change wasn't needed nor asked for and has dropped killrates drastically.

Survivor is only strong when you're in a swf otherwise the games killer sided. Most survivors play solo q. You do the math.

Reverting it isn’t a good solution tbh maps like coldwind and swamp and haddonfield desperately needed these changes
They need to look at the more problematic realms like crotus and Auto and maybes change them around a little bit this change was needed just some realms are overtuned while others are fine and needed it
Auto was fine before the density update chapel was fine before the density update Borgo realm did need a pallet density update but it can spawn ALOT of fillers within a few feet of each other
But reverting this I don’t think is gonna happen or be a good option tweaking and finding the sweet spot on some of the problematic realms should be your guys first thought not just a full revert because you don’t like certain maps
Also you gotta think m1 isn’t a killer that’s being made anymore half the roster have good anti loop some form of mobility in the kit the game should be balanced around what’s coming out and what’s more common not trapper

100% agree I get sick of "get gud" smack from killers. I play decent but all it takes is one dumb but solo Q moron to make the game not only unwinnable not fun. At some point match rankings grades have to presented so I know I am not paired with a moron.

Most "broken" killers have an easy time against pallets. Nurse can teleport through them. Blight, and Billy can instabreak. Singularity can teleport through them, break faster and sometimes instabreak. Ghoul and Krasue have really good scampers. Dracula can insta break in wolf form, hit over them in vampire form and fly over them in batform.
Of course a pallet is more inconvenient for a Blight than no pallet, but it's going to hurt the pig way more than it does Blight.

No its not. Solo queue players can play well, the thing is MMR is very unpredictable and often doesn't give you who you should be getting in a matchup, mostly to prioritize queue times over quality matches, which I disagree with since solo queue frustrations is one of the main factors of people disliking the game or thinking the game is killer sided.
The reality is the game has never been killer sided before. It got close back in 6.3.0, and then things just started to go back to the way they were, and more recently worse. All the 3 gen perks got nerfed, various gen defense perks were nerfed for being popular, (pain res, deadlock and pop. Perks should never be nerfed just because people prefer them over others, instead they should be fixing outdated and weaker perks that could persuade killers to use a different playstyle) and most recently which majority of players find absolutely absurd and unacceptable is the pallet density update.
The amount of people i play against who just predrop and mindlessly jiggy to another pallet without even having to think about how to path is insane and it pisses me off that even lesser experienced and skilled players can waste alot of time now, not even needing to know how to loop properly. Its annoying, its boring, and its made majority of the killer roster not viable to play, cus pretty much any killer thats below A+ is getting rolled.
I have lost kills and stages because of how much longer it takes to catch people in some situations, and genrush speeds not getting nerfed after all these years still is baffling. Why aren't gens slown down when multiple are popping in quick succession? (Like in 2v8) Why isn't deadlock basekit yet? (this should've already been a thing + the perk is terrible and can be weaponized by survivors) Why aren't gen speed percentages capped/Why do great skill checks trigger a bonus to gen progression everytime you hit a skillcheck? There needs to be changes, cus this game only gets worse and worse for killers and actually good players, while casual and experienced surviviors are getting spoiled for not actually learning how to play the game.
And this update is not a QOL, its a buff, just a different term used to make people think its harmless to in game changes and interactions. QOL would be something like Anti-Camp or Anti-Tunnel, which shouldn't be triggering in most matches, but in the chance a player is experiencing an extreme amount of unfun, theres a failsafe mechanic. This pallet ######### is just a blatant buff to the already stronger role, which again, no one asked for or expected.

The real reality is the killers don't want to lose their easy wins and want all killers to be S tier. Sure lets buff all killers who aren't nurse, blight, krasue whatever so every match is miserable. As far as gen rushing goes do you know why most gen rush? Its because of fear. If a good huntress, blight, nurse finds you you're basically dead. Besides slugging which counters gen rushing is commonplace now. Literally almost every game I've played solo q when killers slug hard end up 4k. Hell slugging takes out most bully squads. Its that busted. Its a ######### show when you're not a swf. Slug, proxy camp the slug, wait for person to save slug that survivor repeat. Or tunnelling 1 survivor out at 5 gens: down survivor, proxycamp the hook, return to hook repeat. Maybe play solo q a bit before saying the games totally survivor sided.

The game isn't and has never been Killer sided. There are just overpowered Killers. And for the record I believe Nurse and Blight in particular need to be gutted at this point, they've been S tier since their releases and having 2 characters always be the best in every scenario is boring. 80% of the Killer roster is balanced or underpowered, and when playing them the game is either balanced or Survivor Sided.

There are many people who will disagree with you. Blight isn't even S tier anymore btw. The newer killers are better than he is.

Wrong.
The newer killers are stronger respective to the skill required to play them, you can be an absolute putz on modern killers and get away with it against all but the best Survivors, but their maximum potential is not as high as Blight. Even Hillbilly is better than the newer killers as well, but Billy takes actual skill to play to reach his potential, and is afforded very little margin for error, so very few people play him because other killers are simply easier to get nearly comparable levels of strength.
Either way, saying Survivors need more pallets to defend against A+ and S tier killers, while also holding the belief that other killers are worthwhile sacrifices instead of nerfing A+ and S tier killers, is a ridiculously biased take… made worse by the fact that the greater number of pallets don't even really nerf the A+ and S tier killers, since the vast majority of them can hit over or get hits around pallets relatively effortlessly anyway… that is what makes the A+ and S tier in the first place.
So what you're really arguing for is slapping the B tier killers and below who actually are affected hard by pallets further into the dirt because any none top tier Killer should be a performing monkey, there purely for survivor teams amusement.

You can choose to A) do 1 gen 0-100% until interrupted or B) swap gens every 25% to "spread the gens"... Most survivors choose A).
Why are you vilifying killers who chose A) too?

I play solo queue (more than half of my total playtime) and I do fine. I won’t say the game is “survivor sided” but I also don’t think it’s as bad as you and others with similar opinions portray it to be. I am just above the 40% escape rate and that feels pretty balanced to me. And I am a very average, casual player (usually 6 hours or less per week) so I feel like pretty much anybody should be able to do the same. Even when I have miserable matches in solo queue, 95% of the time it’s because of terrible teammates, not because killers are OP or using “cheap” strategies. Solo queue is almost always a fun and competitive experience for me if I have competent teammates.

I don't get why a low-hour survivor main is being allowed to make balancing decisions that actually get pushed to live. Trying to hook into a win as a low tier killer is a fool's errand at this point. The amount of resources that spawn on a map should depend on who the killer is.

Good thing i wasnt talking about what the team does, but what "you" as indivisual survivor are choosing to do. And you seem to agree that focusing on 1 gen to finish instead of swapping every x seconds is the correct way.
Thanks for agreeing that survivors are hypocrites when they say "tunnel bad".
