SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: entire game gets slowed by around 50% client sided

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: open the game, then open friend list and then start a match and its already slowed down in the menu. every single animation

    same thing happens when i reopen the game, i just installed the update tho and slow down isnt only in a match but also in the menu

    nevermind it actually turned out to be this command line in engine.ini

    [/Script/Engine.Engine]
    bUseFixedFrameRate=True
    FixedFrameRate=400

    i saw it in youtube that it can give me more fps but it didnt work well. sorry.
