E-Mails & Twitch Drops
Did you guys get your E-Mail & Twitch drops?
I'm watching Paulie Esther & the Twitch drops aren't registering for me. I also haven't received the E-Mail code from BHVR for that lil pumpkin bat.
I checked all of my accounts & everything is still setup.
Do we have another Alchemy Lab situation?
It's not the biggest issue, but I was looking forward to that Garden of Joy banner.

Double check that this page is all connected. Mine never stays connected, I have to redo it all every time there's new drops

I didn't get an email code yet butI was able to do my twitch drops already. They did break on me for a little bit but they came back like an hour or so later.Edit: I rechecked my email and I did get the charm code. I must have deleted the email accidently.

No, I still never got an email for the pumpkin bat charm, they need to stop locking charms/cosmetics behind these newsletters, it's such a hassle, this new pumpkin charm should be a redeemable code for everyone in the in-game store

I just found my email code too. It was hidden at the bottom of an email that I received on the 14th.
Edit my comment: I had the email but didn't even notice the code at the time. Shout out to @TragicSolitude in another thread stressing that it is hidden at the bottom.

The twitch drops are progressing for me now. 🎉😝
I double checked my inbox, spam, & trash folders, I have not received any E-Mails from BHVR this month despite being subscribed to their newsletter.
Not a big deal considering the Bat pumpkin charm is microscopic, making it not worth using at all.
I wonder why they do that? Why isn't every charm just the standard size, like Lunar Lantern sized or something?

I thought thats what the ingame mail was supposed to be for?
Because a lot often don´t get the mail. I am subscribed for years.

I claimed the Legion pumpkins & Mansion Party banner on Twitch but I only received the Legion pumpkins
Is this a problem everybody is having? I've seen people using the badge by itself, but I haven't seen anybody use the banner.

I got both badge and banner. Double check in your Drops section on Twitch that "claim now" has been selected. That's the only thing i can think of

Yup, it's got the little checkmark underneath it & everything.
I'll restart my game in a lil bit & see if that fixes it.

Drops function correctly, as usual. Haven't received any mail from BHVR since early 2024 though.

Hi there, there was a technical issue that affected some accounts which was rectified later this afternoon (around an hour or so ago).
Some of the confusion seems to be where you sign up - it's on the BHVR Account website
also where you see the two boxes that are by default unticked, they need to be ticked so that we can email you information - that's a legal requirement.

If you're still having problems I do suggest contacting our Player Support - screenshot the Twitch page showing that you've claimed it there will help them also.

I didn't see the unticked boxes the first time I combed through the website. 😌
Now I got all of my i's dotted and my t's crossed, hopefully that fixes it.

Yeah that fixed it, I restarted my game & the Party Mansion appeared in my inventory. 💒🎃
I still haven't received the Halloween E-Mail though.
I did receive an E-Mail congratulating me on joining the club I was already in, which was very amusing.

So uh… Are they just not gonna recirculate that E-Mail?
Because there're still a lot of people saying they didn't get it.
Even after reconnecting my BHVR account, even I didn't receive it.
This really is turning into the charm equivalent of the Alchemy Lab banner lol. I wonder how expensive somebody's account would be if they had both & decided to sell. 🤔

Twitch drops have been fine, but I have never once ever gotten a newsletter when they contained reward codes. Can we just stop putting codes in emails that people never receive and just have a post on the forum for them? Where we can get a link to redeem them? As i assume they are personal codes.

Still haven’t received the email, especially after being told “it might take some time to get to you”… are you sending it through USPS? Unless otherwise, an email is instant and it doesn’t take this long to reach majority of people, even the mass number of everyone claiming they never received it & BHVR is still sticking to “we can’t do anything about it”. But after the twitch drop failure, yall fixed that within 24hrs. But still you guys claim you can’t help us after combing through our emails and still haven’t received any newsletter. Right…

Bad news guys, the Halloween charm is exclusive to people who signed up for the newsletter two times.
So if you're already signed up that's not enough.
You had to re-subscribe before the 14th.
Considering there was absolutely no way for anybody to know that, I'm holding out hope that the newsletter charm gets turned into a normal code.
When that happens I'll post it here.
