The Amanda's Letter add-on for The Pig has been Kill Switched due to an issue with incorrect RBT count.

Insta heals should not work on you after mettle of men activates
First off before survivors start screaming I am actually fine with the perk how it is. Not getting tokens for getting hit by the killers power and getting a constant arua reveal after activation is what makes this perk balanced. It also does not waste as much time as ds since they only get a speed boost.
Edit: its like getting a sprint burst mid chase like the old days
The problem i have with this perk is that after it activates you can Insta heal right after which can lead to 4 or 5 hits being needed for a hook. This wastes more time than post DS and its draw back can't cover for this. The only counter to this strait is by bringing Franklin's demise but needing a non viable perk in case of it being used in order to prevent extremely long chases is unhealthy for this game.

Insta heals need a nerf anyway.

Yeah just let survivors run around pathetically. Just stop this theories of "if A happens and B happens, C happens and with D its OP". Get real guys. How often will that happen? Not even half that often you wanna make it.

This. Also the devs said they are looking at ways to make insta-heals not instant anymore, so it's on the chopping block.
Also getting hit should reset the healing bar because it seems you can 99 the heal and then take the MoM hit, then finish the heal. THAT needs a fix for sure.
Maybe if it inflicted Broken for a short time like 20 seconds so you can't insta-heal in the same chase, but if insta-heals themselves will be nerfed that might be unnecessary.

How hard do you think it is for a survivor to equip both MoM and an instaheal at the same time? They do it in the character select screen before the match starts. It is literally the opposite of magical circumstances, it is guaranteed if the survivor wants it to be.

Then you're assuming EVERY survivor plays the EXACT same way?

Gee idk mabye the fact that I only created this Because at rank 1 I've faced 2 games were everyone did it and in other games most of the time at least 1 person was doing it. Of course every game won't have all four doing it but getting at least 1 every other match shows us something.

Have you not seen red ranks?
Adrenaline is on 3.25% of survivors per match every match in a sample of 25 games since I cared to start counting.
Borrowed time is 2.25%
Self-care is 2.20%
DS is 1.75%
Exhaustion perks are on literally 100% of survivors, 60% of which are deadhard and 20% each of balanced landing, sprint burst, and a smattering of lithe.
Every survivor runs in a circle around a vault with a pallet connected or a pile of junk with a pallet connected until they pull down the pallet and move onto the next. When they're not holding M1 on a gen, of course.
What game do you play?
