SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: EAC Fail

PLATFORM: PC Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Attempt to start game. Might be the new anti-windows 10 but, not sure.
All I know is I have less and less reason to play everyday.
