SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: you can NEVER use exhaustion perks the entire match if mindbreaker is in place.

Lmao just get off the gen earlier and dont run until the heart symbol on right is gone then you can use exhaustion perks again when You hear the killers terror radius or when You see them an keep an eye out if its a stealth killer
Update: was not aware if this bug i see the problem now

mindbreaker seems to be bugged. I had a myers running it and when i got off the gen my exhaustion did not go down for rest of match even if was on floor or walking. as you can see in this picture.

Previously, it was worthless because its only effect was to assist survivors' sprint bursts when used. Now, it literally hinders the gameplay of every survivor. It should be immediately disabled.
